The ACP is designed for the protection of 120VAC services in remote shelter locations. It features compact surge suppressor modules mounted in a standard 24 position load center. The suppression modules utilize dual SASD and MOV technologies. The SASD technology serves as the primary suppression technology for the protection of sensitive electronic systems with MOV modules serving as the high surge current protection. These suppression modules are directly connected to the breaker bus after passing through surge rated, touch-safe, field replaceable fusing.
